Ok.. yesterday when I woke up I had one capsule of mms2 on an empty stomach with two glasses of water. I sat down and after 2/3 minutes I started to feel bloated and sick. I stood up and I felt slight relief. Then I drank a third glass of water. Thinking I would dilute the mms2 in my stomach. But I felt worst. It seemed my mouth was producing acidic saliva. This feeling lasted 3 minutes then all was fine.
Midday yesterday, after I had been working under the hot sun for two hours, my feet and legs got a bit itchy (I was wearing plastic wellington boots to protect them from the thorns..not good). So I made a solution of half a capsule of mms2 in a quarter glass of water and applied it with my hands on my legs and feet. Everytime it evaporated from the skin I applied more till it was all finished.
Topically used mms2 has relieved the discomfort very quickly. Some of the spots which were very sore, one was even swollen like a boil have healed quickly. I have used mms2 topically 3 times so far that is all, (Once everyday). My skin does not feel dry or uncomfortable after using mms2. There is a slight smell.. a bit like a swimming pool. But it does not bother me.
Today I played safe and opted for having half a capsule full and my body was fine 🙂
My intention is to have half a capsule this evening too. I will up this dosage and frequency as days go by depending on how I feel.
My eyesight is more acute and I feel clearer in the head… despite going to bed at 04:30 this morning.
As I am spending so much time away from internet access at my land I will document my findings on paper and let you all know in greater detail what happens in an article asap 🙂
Wishing you all well wherever you are x.
Here is a list of some of my most life changing books I have read in time order
1)How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie.
I read this in my very early twenties and realised how little time I spent thinking from another’s perspective… on an intellectual level. Emotionally I was always on the ball trying to see things from another’s perspective but this was new territory…Territory that needed to be explored and stretched if I was to grow.
2)Seven Steps to Eternity by Stephen Turoff
I read this in my very dark ages (early thirties). It is the story of the death and afterlife experience of a very young soldier called James Leggett from the battle of the Somme in World War I. Spiritually I came “home” and felt the warmth of God (Universal Love) call it what you like with much greater intensity after reading this. I could relate to this. I gained a greater spiritual strength and understanding that left me at ease more so than ever before. Sikhism was the tool, the platform from which I reached out to gain further spiritual understanding in my own unique some may say stupid way. It worked for me, it may or may not for others.
Generally speaking I find labels stifling, constricting, distancing, separating, mutilating humanity at various levels. Labels such as religions, countries, nationalities, cultures, races and gender are used and have been used to divide and rule people for thousands of years. I feel closer to that intelligent love energy/ universal love/ God call it what you like sitting on the outskirts of these labels. The problem is people always want to put you in their pigeonhole so they can overlay their perception of who they think you are, what you think , what you stand for etc. I call it compartmentalization. My poem of the same name addresses this issue too. I feel this is often born out of fear.
When all the external facades, shows etc are put aside, who am I? Well in a pigeonhole sense I am a woman, brown-skinned, mother, wife, daughter sister, relative, friend, em who am I? Indian. Still doesn’t answer, who am I? Human. Who am I at my core when all these labels are stripped off? I am energy experiencing a multisensory universe through the impediment of a physical body/facade that misleads me to my true nature? This impediment is presently called Jatinder… I wish that makes sense to you. Anyway for me it is not so important who I am or who I have been but who am I becoming. This book helped me to focus on who am I becoming.
3)The Mind series by Betty Shine
Betty helped me to extend the warmth and strength of love I have for this loving intelligent unknowable to the unknowable energy that some call God.
4)Conversations with God series by Neale Donald Walsch
For years I wanted to read this and one day a friend ( Rhona from Scotland ) who has been like an angel to me placed one of the books in my hand. “You will like this” she said… At the time she had only known me a few months but she knew me so well! This series makes perfect sense in almost everything to me. It is another wrung up on the ladder of my Spiritual growth.
5)Death is an Illusion by Else Byskov
After I read the CWG series I thought that is it, nothing else can match this stuff and then along came this book with its own angle, its own beauty and enriched my understanding of life death love God etc further.
6)Autobiography of Bhai Sahib Randhir Singh – Translated by Dr Trilochan Singh
In October 2005 I read the above book. It broke me and recreated me emotionally, mentally, spiritually in a way that no other words have, ever. It was like someone had punched me so hard it knocked my soul out of my physical body.
“I” experienced separation from my physical body, although it did what I willed it to do… It is difficult to describe, weird feeling..I could feel that
It changed me and I have had the most remarkable years of my life since then.
This very spiritual gentle man’s remarkable life is a testament to life lived without fear and with love at its highest whilst being tortured for fifteen years. His ability to look at his torturers of 15 years with understanding defies the perception of human limits. I guess there are no limits.
The latest books that have impacted me are the Anastasia series, by Vladimir Megre.. I devoured about 6 or 7 of them in one week about two years ago! There is much controversy to the reality of this woman (Anastasia) however either way the wisdom they impart is one of the best ways forward if humanity is to not only survive but advance in its humanity.
I have many other authors and books that I like too e.g Robert Monroe, Tony Robbins, John Robbins, Eckhart Tolle, Dr Brian Weiss etc. I will list some of them work too sometime… It’s hard to choose as there are so many amazing humans sharing their experiences, feelings thoughts etc from whom to learn, to be enchanted, to be mystified and ultimately for me , to be connected consciencely with the oneness that we and the universe is…
